Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled by the donor.
Refunds may be processed only in cases of technical errors, duplicate transactions, or incorrect deductions. Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
